Brian H. Moeck

Brian H. Moeck has thirty-nine years of experience associated with the electric industry. As a 1969 graduate electrical engineer from California State University, Long Beach, he began his career with Southern California Edison. He joined Loveland, Colorado's municipal utility in 1984 and held several positions including City Manager.

Mr. Moeck is currently the General Manager of Platte River Power Authority in Fort Collins, Colorado, providing generation and transmission services to Estes Park, Fort Collins, Longmont and Loveland, Colorado.

He serves on the Boards of Directors of the American Public Power Association, Trapper Mining, Inc., the Large Public Power Council, RMEL (formerly the Rocky Mountain Electric League) and is past-President of Western States Power Corporation.
